25 Years of Grace: An Anniversary Tribute to Jeff Buckley's Classic Album

I’ll come clean. I’m a Jeff Buckley fan. There have been moments when I’ve woken up off the floor with a drink next to me and Live at Sin-E is skipping on the vinyl. I’d lay on the floor after a night out and sink into that album over and over. For some people it’s Elvis, but Jeff, he’s my guy.

Merri Cyr was close friends Buckley and with that she was able to capture him with his guard down. She photographed all the intimate moments leading up the release of Grace. All the stagnant mornings around the apartment, the cafe days of Sin-E and even the cover photo for the iconic album. Twenty five years later she’s compiled all the images between two covers and gifted us with a glimpse into Buckley’s life.
